In Agrotorimena we have allocated 8 hectares for cauliflower crops, allowing us to produce 320,000 pieces per season. Due to our advantageous weather conditions, the soil and the crop rotation we apply for better production, we obtain a superb product. The peak in quality and our harvest most favorable moment is between September and January. The main component of cauliflower is water, which, accompanied by the low presence of carbohydrate, protein and fat, makes it one of the few super foods in the market. It is considered a good source of fiber as well as vitamins and minerals. In terms of handling and packaging, we have our own standards but we can adapt to our customers requirements.
